In the Kitchen with Diabetes Canada is our annual free, live and interactive four-week cooking and nutrition series. Our host and cookbook author Mairlyn Smith, PHEc, demonstrates each week’s themed recipes, and dietitian Katie Brunke, RD, CDE, PHEc, answers your nutrition questions. We hope you enjoy the recordings (and we don’t recommend watching while hungry).
