Volunteering in the time of COVID-19
Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Diabetes Canada. We continue to work hard to support those living with diabetes and the health-care professionals who care for them by being responsive to their changing needs in these unprecedented times.
Based on public health recommendations and direction from provincial, territorial and local governments, we have postponed or cancelled many of our programs and fundraising events. Where possible, we are moving these activities to a virtual platform. Many of our traditional volunteer opportunities are also on hold for the time being, but there may still be ways to get involved.
Stay tuned for more information on virtual volunteer opportunities in 2021. Thank you for your understanding, patience, and continued support.
