Have you been impacted by type 1 diabetes (T1D)? You are not alone!

Diabetes Canada invites anyone affected by diabetes, including family, friends, and caregivers, to join our nationwide T1D Peer Connect Program

This FREE Peer Connect Program is like a traditional support group that helps educate and connect Canadians affected by type 1 diabetes. The only difference is that we have gone virtual and are offering a series of interactive online meetings via Zoom. Each support group session offers breakout rooms, healthcare professionals speaking on hot topics, and a Q&A period where your questions can be asked and answered.

This program is being offered live in the Atlantic provinces & Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Alberta, however if you live in the northern provinces, British Columbia, or Quebec, feel free to join any one of our regional dates and times as noted below.
