This creamy high-protein chocolate pudding will be your new favourite dessert. It only tastes decadent!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup (125 mL) 1% cottage cheese
  • ½ cup (125 mL) plain 0% Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp (15 mL) maple syrup, honey (or substitute non-nutritive sweetener)
  • 3 Tbsp (45 mL) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp (30 mL) low-fat milk
  • ½ cup (125 mL) raspberries, divided

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except raspberries to a food processor or blender. Blend on high speed until completely mixed and smooth.

  2. Stir in half of the raspberries before spooning into two small bowls, cups or mason jars. Top with remaining raspberries and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours before serving.

Tips

  • Special extra: Dress up the pudding with a little shaved dark chocolate.
  • Substitution: This recipe works well with fresh or frozen berries and also with blueberries, sour cherries or mandarin orange segments.
