Texting our donors directly to ask for support before the end of the year
To ensure that we can reach our donors in a timely way and offer another channel for them to connect with us, Diabetes Canada is testing out the option to give via texting. We will be sending the text the week of December 5th and will only go to a portion of our donors.
All donations received through text will be matched 2x and will allow Diabetes Canada to continue critical work including research for a cure; education for those living with diabetes and their healthcare providers; and advocating governments for a diabetes strategy and better access to diabetes management devices.
We have partnered with an organization to ensure a high level of security in the process and to be able to answer any questions you might have when you receive the text.
