Our Info and Support toll-free help line welcomes questions from anyone living with or affected by diabetes. We encourage you to call if you are newly diagnosed, a family member with questions about a loved one, a health-care professional, at risk of developing diabetes, or just have general questions about the disease.
All calls are confidential, and support is available in both English and French.
We are available Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (EST). You can also leave a voice message or send us an email at email@example.com and we will respond within two business days.

- Respond to general diabetes information and management questions
- Provide you with trusted diabetes resources
- Connect you with local, provincial or national resources tailored to your needs
- Refer you to Diabetes Canada’s programs and services in your community
