Water is the best choice for your health

More and more research points to the health benefits of water as the beverage of choice, especially for people who have or are at risk of developing type 2 diabetes.

One study of almost 10,000 adults found that not consuming enough fluid significantly increases the odds of obesity, which is a known risk factor for developing type 2 diabetes.
