Sponsored Content: Get inspired! Check out these heartfelt #MyFreeStyleLibre stories

We asked Canadians living with diabetes to share their personal experiences with the FreeStyle Libre system, and the stories have been pouring in! From the simple pleasure of pain-free fingers*, to being able to achieve things they never expected, FreeStyle Libre system users have been sharing their stories about how this innovative product is giving them more control over their glucose monitoring and improving their day-to-day lives. For every story shared, Abbott is donating $5 to Diabetes Canada (up to a total of $10,000) to advance diabetes research. To date, we have donated more than $6,000 – thank you to all who have submitted their stories!

We have been so inspired hearing everyone’s FreeStyle Libre experiences and think that you will enjoy reading these heartfelt stories as much as we have! Read these FreeStyle Libre system stories and get inspired!

*A finger prick test using a blood glucose meter is required during times of rapidly changing glucose levels when interstitial fluid glucose levels may not accurately reflect blood glucose levels or if hypoglycemia or impending hypoglycemia is reported by the system or when symptoms do not match the system readings.

Keep the stories coming! If you would like to help support diabetes research, join the FreeStyle Libre system users who have already shared their inspiring stories by submitting your own #MyFreeStyleLibre story.
