COVID-19 update

Our Winnipeg 2020 No Limits with T1D Conference is still scheduled as planned, from September 26, 2020 in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

We are continuously monitoring and evaluating COVID-19 updates and will follow guidelines and policies put forward by both the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) and World Health Organization (WHO). The main priority is the health and well-being of our staff, volunteers and delegates and we will provide consistent updates on this site as they become available.

Diabetes Canada encourages everyone living with type 1 diabetes to live their lives without limits. Join us for a unique educational event in Winnipeg for adults, youth and parents with a child living with type 1 diabetes. Bringing Manitoba's type 1 community together, the day features speakers and industry partners on the management of diabetes, newest products and services, and the latest breakthroughs in research.

Program highlights include:

  • Nationally renowned speakers
  • Topics addressing the latest in diabetes research, plus current management and treatment information
  • Interactive sessions
  • A tradeshow and networking opportunities
