Peer Connect Series

Have you been impacted by diabetes? You are not alone!

Diabetes Canada invites anyone affected by diabetes, including family, friends, and caregivers, to join our first-ever Ontario wide Peer Connect Program.

This FREE Peer Connect Program is similar to a traditional support group that helps educate and connect Ontarians affected by diabetes. The only difference is that we have gone virtual and are offering a series of interactive online meetings via Zoom. Each support group session offers breakout rooms, healthcare professionals speaking on hot topics, and an expert panel to answer your burning questions.

We are offering two separate group sessions; one for those living with Type 1 (T1D) and another for those with Type 2 diabetes (T2D). Groups will meet separately. Please see dates, times, and topics below.

All sessions are from 7:00 p.m. to 8:50 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) via Zoom. Register for 1 or more.
