Super Salmon

Give your roasted salmon a kick with this mustard and horseradish topping. For a complete meal, enjoy this superfood with a grain, such as rice or quinoa, and veggies; or if you are entertaining, serve it on top of crostini or mini-toasts. Use leftovers in a salad.
