For more information on how you can register your 3rd party event with the Canadian Diabetes Association, please contact your local office.

If you would like to organize a 3rd party event on behalf of the Canadian Diabetes Association, please read our Community Initiatives Policy Agreement and submit a completed Community Initiative Application Form to your local Canadian Diabetes Association office.
