Diabetes Centres
Diabetes Centres are staffed with registered nurses and dietitians who specialize in diabetes management. Some centres have additional professional staff. Diabetes Centres offer classes and appointments to help you learn how to successfully manage your diabetes. A doctor’s referral is required.
