Community Pharmacy Outreach Program
To help us in fulfilling our mission to promote the health of Canadians through diabetes education and service, we have forged relationships with local pharmacies that demonstrate a high level of commitment and care for those affected by diabetes.
The following Community Pharmacy Outreach Program members provide:
- Association literature and resources
- Well informed and committed staff to assist with meter training and answer diabetes related questions
- A wide variety of diabetes supplies, including blood glucose monitors, test strips, lancets, a variety of prescription and over the counter medications, and more
