Want to get a head start on your New Year’s “Get Healthy, Get Fit” resolution? Join the Canadian Diabetes Association at the St Catharines Running Room’s Third Annual Resolution Run.
This is a 5 km. walk or run mini-marathon. Register early and receive a $90 running jacket with your $45 entry fee. Make a donation of your choice to support the Canadian Diabetes Association. Walk or run the 5 km course and join us for a New Year’s celebration afterwards. What a great way to begin a new fitness program!
