* A Pharmacist for a medication review
* A Dietitian for a nutrition counseling appointment
* A Canadian Diabetes Association representative to learn about local programs and resources

9:00a.m.-5:00 p.m.
(Individuals are required to call to schedule an appointment. Each appointment will be 20 minutes in length and back to back)
