Alberta & NWT - Alberta Monitoring For Health (AMFH) Program
The Alberta Monitoring For Health Program enables Albertans with diabetes, who meet eligibility requirements, to access limited funding to cover a portion of the cost of eligible diabetes management supplies. This program is administered by the Canadian Diabetes Association and funded by Alberta Health and Wellness (under the Healthy Living Branch).
South Asian Education Committee
The Canadian Diabetes Association is committed to working in partnership with the South Asian community to address culturally specific diabetes awareness and education.

Traveling Diabetes Resource Program
The Travelling Diabetes Resource Program (TDRP) is a public education tool designed to promote the health of Albertans. It provides diabetes related resources and information for people with diabetes, their family members and those at risk of developing the disease.
