THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO - (February 13, 2012) - The Canadian Diabetes Association - Northwestern Ontario Region is pleased to announce Proud Supporters of the Association.
Janzen’s Pharmacy
Half-Way Motors
“Proud Supporters enable us to continue to provide valuable diabetes education and services in communities across Canada. We sincerely thank Janzen’s Pharmacy and Half-Way Motors for supporting us in the fight against diabetes,” said Suzanne Sterling, Regional Director for Northwestern Ontario.
Janzen’s Pharmacy has supported the Association since 2008 as a Community Pharmacy Outreach Program partner, Expo sponsor and through other community initiatives aimed at enriching the lives of people with diabetes.
Half-Way Motors has also been actively supporting the Association since 2005 through numerous initiatives, most notably the annual Motors and Muscles event and last year’s Ontario Harley Owner’s Group Rally and countless other personal efforts by their management and staff to raise funds and support people with diabetes.
The presence of a Canadian Diabetes Association Proud Supporter mark indicates that a corporation is an active supporter of the Association’s mission to lead the fight against diabetes by helping people with diabetes live healthy lives while working to find a cure.
