Renewing your Canadian Diabetes Association professional membership for the Clinical and Scientific Section / Diabetes Educator Section is now just a click away. With our new online renewal process, all you need is your professional membership number and credit card information.*
The process takes approximately 15 minutes, from start to finish. Once you have completed the online application process, you will receive a confirmation email along with your professional membership number.
The 2012/13 membership year runs from September 1, 2012 to August 31, 2013. If you sign-up or renew today, your membership will expire on August 31, 2013.

Please note, it is very important that you keep a copy of the confirmation email. The confirmation email is not only your proof of payment to the Association, but a record of your professional membership number (PMN).
Your PMN is unique to you. Knowing your PMN will help the Association ensure that your personal information is managed effectively in the Association’s professional membership database.
