How to use the Diabetes Education Locator tool

1. In the text box, type in either: postal code, address, city, or province.
   


2. From the dropdown menu, select the radius in kilometers for the search coverage. In the example below, the search coverage is 100km from Toronto.
   


3. Click on the "Search Now!" button.
   


4. The results of the search will be displayed. In the example below, 2 locations are within 100km from Toronto.
   


5. Click on the red pin to find out detail information about the Diabetes Education Centre. Information is separated into 2 tabs: Location and Contact. The location tab shows the Diabetes Education Centre address and the distance from the address provided in the search.
   


6. Click on the "Contact" tab to find out the contact information of the Diabetes Education Centre.
   


7. Navigate between search results by clicking on the list of locations on the right side of the map.
   


8. There are 3 view modes to the map: Map, Satellite, and Hybrid
   
   Map: Basic view of the location.
   
   
   Satellite: Aerial view of the location.
   
   
   Hybrid: A mix between Map and Satellite view.
