Diabetes Awareness Month Cure Campaign Materials

Diabetes Awareness Month ToolsIn recognition of Diabetes Awareness Month, we launched the "What a Cure Means to Me" campaign on October 10, to encourage Canadians to share their diabetes stories at whatacuremeans2me.com.

The goal of the Cure Campaign is to give a voice to people living with diabetes in communities across the country. They are encouraged to:

  1. Share their diabetes stories at whatacuremeans2me.com until November 30
  2. Share their "What a Cure Means to Me" Facebook page with friends, family and online communities
  3. Support Diabetes Awareness Month activities in their local communities
  4. Participate and support fundraising activities and door-to-door canvassers in their communities
