image

If you are living with diabetes, you are at risk of developing foot problems caused by nerve damage, poor blood flow or changes to the shape of your feet or toes. These problems can put your feet at risk of developing calluses, blisters, wounds or infections that may lead to more serious complications.

The good news is that you can prevent problems and keep your feet healthy by managing your diabetes, caring for your feet, wearing properly fitted shoes and asking your healthcare provider for help if you experience any problems with your feet.
