Important Information for our Members
Thank you! Together with your support, this significant milestone will help us in our journey towards a future without diabetes.
The Association is holding a Special Regional Meeting at our National office in Toronto on February 21, 2013, in accordance of the new Canada Not-for-Profit Corporations Act.
This meeting will authorize the Association to make an application to seek continuance under this new act, to approve the Articles of Continuance of the Association, and approve the new general operating By-Law No. 1 of the Association, which will replace our 2006 By-laws.
