Bag it. Donate it. Win it.

imageDear Donor,

Starting October 1 and running through November 30, Clothesline announces its fall campaign which asks all Canadians to ‘Bag it. Donate it. Win it.’ By making a donation of gently used clothing, small household items or electronics, donors are entered in a national draw to win a trip for 4 to Walt Disney in sunny Orlando, Florida.

There are 3 convenient ways to give and be entered in the Disney dream family getaway:

1. Call 1-800-505-5525, schedule your free pick-up, mention the word “TRIP,” and complete your donation

2. Visit diabetes.ca/promise, schedule your free pick-up from your home (and complete the scheduled donation)

3. Visit diabetes.ca/clothesline, locate the nearest Clothesline office and bring your donation directly to us (receive an entry for each bag donated)*

Please listen and watch for Clothesline radio PSA’s coast to coast, print, Google and display ads as well as community outreach across Canada through to November 30. Also launching during this campaign will be Clothesline’s new Facebook page and Twitter feed which will announce all exciting opportunities for donors to get involved and make a positive difference in the lives of people living with diabetes.

“We are very proud to celebrate more than 27 years of service in more than 1,000 communities across Canada,” said Janelle Robertson, Executive Director, Clothesline . “We continue to offer new and convenient ways for Canadians to make a positive difference in the lives of the more than 9 million Canadians living with diabetes or prediabetes.”

There is no limit on entries, so contact Clothesline today and give often! Clothesline happily accepts gently used clothing, all cloth based items, shoes, boots, books, toys, electronics and much more. Visit diabetes.ca/trip for full contest and program details and share the campaign details with family, friends, colleagues and your community.
